take part in HOH...

1) Spread the word about HOH
Tell your friends, family, email groups, forums, websites, and anyone else you know of that might be interested in the Humanists of Houston or its cause to help spread Humanism and freethought ideals in the Houston area. Put a link to this website on your website! Other things that might help spread the word are HOH T-Shirts, mugs, and pins, available HERE. 

2) Become a Patron of HOH
Becoming an HOH Patron is an excellent way to contribute to the cause of reason and Humanist values locally. Your Patronage includes membership in HOH, a subscription to our Houston Freethought Alliance Newsletter, a free HOH T-Shirt, and an HOH Patron Pin. Not only that, but your membership in HOH also includes membership in the American Humanist Association (AHA), with all of the benefits therein, including a subscription to The Humanist magazine. 3) Attend HOH Activities
We have a wide variety of events and activities each month, ranging from social to philosophical. They are suitable to many different interests and schedules. Our Main Monthly Gathering even has child care available so parents can attend easily! To learn more about all of our meet-ups, please see our calendar page HERE.

4) Volunteer
Most of what we need done takes very little time and much of it can be done over email or otherwise from home. However, finding people willing to contribute their efforts and input into things is one of any organization's greatest challenges. If you might be interested in helping out, please see our most needed positions HERE, or simply contact us and tell us how you'd like to help out.
